Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc. (SIA) does not tolerate hazing of any kind. We take pride as an organization in our membership process and our traditions of respect, education, and just-treatment of our members, non-members, and any membership candidate.

 

Hazing is any requirement imposed upon a prospective, new, or current member, which is not related to the organization's purpose.  SIA is very committed to maintaining a positive and educational membership process that is in compliance with all the governing laws of its state(s) of incorporation as well as University/College administrative policies.
